This course introduces students to a set of design frameworks and methods from the Whole View Model (WVM) that are useful for dealing with complex ambiguous problems. I met with students weekly to review the frameworks and methods discussed in the class and discuss how they could be applied to their design work.

The course focuses on introducing a variety of techniques, frameworks, and practices for human-centered research and design. Led several lectures in the course about Service Design, Data Analysis, and Participatory Design. Met with students weekly to review their course projects and discuss the content presented in the class.
